to this neighborhood in lower buckeye this morning. they say a man came home to find people inside. one of those people, a 15-year-old boy, police say the homeowner shot the 15-year-old two types in the -- times in the back. >> i am 100% ok with that. i have my shotgun under my bed. i have my .9 on me. reporter: this teen along with another person who was unharmed was taken people who live in the area are shocked by what happened and the poor choices made by someone so young. >> now, you're in the hospital you have to deal with the legalities. you have to deal with your medical expenses. problems turn out 10 times worse, now. >> reporter: marc, at this time, we do not know the identities of the two suspects. as for the 15 who was shot, we're waiting on an update of his condition.

suffered severe head injuries ad the hands of his caregiver in surprise has died. 23-month-old adam aguillar iii passed away. lizette moreno is accused of picking up the child and throwing him down twice because he wouldn't stop crying and he wouldn't eat. she will likely be facing murder charges now that the child has died. a developing story tonight in south carolina where a missing woman is found in a storage container chained up like a dog and a body was discovered on the same property. it could be her boyfriend. a registered sex offender is accused of holding that woman captive. he has a criminal history here in arizona. the woman was rescued yesterday and the body of her boyfriend found today. crews are digging on his
